Impeccable service from the moment I was received at Velana Airport - by a cheerful airport porter Hussein, to the end of a 3day stay. Special shout out to my butlers Elena and Nattu who never failed to make me feel they were giving me their undivided attention when I am sure they have many other guests to attend to. To me, that is excellent professionalism. Yaseer & Farangis who helped me with domestic transfers also gave their unsurpassed service although the transfer was only a 20min speedboat ride. Food was awesome especially when detailed service is added to it from Angeline at Thari Restaurant. The magic of this hotel and the enthusiasm, passion and dedication of the staff attracts me to resolve coming back again, this time with family and friends! Read Less
