The staff were all very friendly and the islands are beautiful and tidy. Wandering around and connecting to the other island by pontoon was a delightful experience and there is good choice of restaurants. The fitness facilities are also excellent. I got locked in the bathroom by accident but after calling for help staff immediately arrived and I was soon free again 😂. I'm sure other guests won't experience this problem though. Breakfast was awesome and the only thing missing for me was berries. Also there was quite a bit of light leak in the room at night but I brought a sleep mask so it was no problem for me. We are a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 boys (11yr + 7yr)) spent 7 nights at Anantara Dhigu (Sunset Beach Pool Villa) on a half board basis. i dont know were to begin...from the warm reception, to our room in 10min after a long journey to the excellent overall service and assistance during the whole week from CEDA...great lagoon crystal clear waters (we were swimming next to a turtle for the whole wee), top notch food (especially the buffet), great personnel everywhere you go, calm and relaxing, options for shallow and deep water swim, great activities both free and on a budget, top and fast service, had great beach dinner, enjoyed the Maldivian food night to the max, saw eagle ray during our snorkeling excursion, spa services and ladies were top quality..plus many more i will leave you to discover by yourselves...but most importantly the ladies at the Kids club and of course Muhammed (activities officer) kept our boys safe and engaged for the whole week...my boys were constantly asking to go back to the kids club and joined all daily sports activities supported by Mohammed ..finally i would like to say a BIG THANK YOU TO THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT AND PERSONNEL and to state that you worthily gained lifetime customers in our family.. It was first time in Maldives for our family of four. We arrived by speedboat to Dhigu- upon arrival we were welcomed by staff with fresh coconut water and welcome drums. We were giving a tour by Hosni of the Island and then taken to our villa. Villa was clean and spacious with an outdoor washroom. Straight walk onto ocean from back door of villa. Fresh coconut on the sand from coconut guru daily. Both my daughters age 5 and 9 spent alot of time at kids club which is open daily full of different children's activities. All the staff at kids club are friendly and polite. Food was amazing, we dined mainly at Fushia cafe for breakfast and dinner- the chef Subodh- special thank you for his special dishes. Thank you to Mohammed at reception for all his help and help keeping us informed with what was on and when, his hospitality was above and beyond. Waiter staff were lovely, special thanks to Amir and Pratak. Hope to visit again in the future. Read Less
