It was truly spectacular and cleaned every morning and afternoon. We loved everything about our Villa. The restaurants and food, omg so delicious and flavoursome it was very hard to choose which restaurant to dine in as they were all fabulous. Breakfast was great too with so much to choose from. We also dined in The Cellar for lunch and could not fault any of this experience as the attention to detail flawless and our waiter so knowledgeable and attentive. It is pricey but very much worth the money. Outstanding dining area amongst the wines. Last but not least the staff, what can I say. From the moment we arrived and the amazing welcome we received to the moment we departed with such a sweet farewell was unlike any other country we have visited. Such beautiful kind people who welcomed us with open arms every single day, they will forever stay etched in our memories. Special mention for Imran who looked after us during our stay. Thank you so much for all of your help and support during our time there. You were amazing and we will never forget your kindness 🙏🏽 Overall we highly recommend JA Manafaru for your stay in paradise. We were sick from day one and didn’t get to take advantage of the resorts facilities. The care we received was fantastic and Doctors visits to our room were complimentary. The head chef is exceptional and made us ginger tea and soups delivered to our room. The sea is crystal clear and pollution is not a factor here. I would highly recommend venturing out to the northern atolls - worth the extra effort to get there. Read Less

It is very hard to put in words how good everything was!! Starting with the infraestrcture/water villa/amenities, all are better than what you see in photos. The peace, silence and connection to nature you experience in the island is unmatched. Our host (Mangal) took our experience to the next level. We felt we were friends after 5 minutes talking, he was always looking for us and trying to squeeze every minute of our stay. We will miss him so much! Special shout out to the Executive Chef (Mooosa) and his team!! WE LOVE THEM! From breakfast to dinner, all meals were magnificent. The chef specially tailored every single meal according to our restrIctions. We just told him in which restaurant we wanted to have lunch/dinner and a special order was made for us. One night we celebrated our anniversary at The Cellar (a private wine cellar under sea level you can book for a private dinner). The chef cooked an all-vegan 7-course menu absolutely spectacular. Also, Nishant, our host that dinner, made it very special, he is an absolute star!! Last, but definitely not least, the chef prepared a brekfast to-go on the morning we checked-out (6am) for us to have at the airport that went from fresh fruit, to homemade coconut yoghurt, to then scrambled eggs with toasts and even dates and sliced coconut for us to snack during the flight. TOP OF THE GAME. Worth mentioning the cleaning of our villa was incredible, everything so tidy and they always left us special romantic surprises!! Worth mentioning also the gym: extremely well equipped,breathtaking views and the music was so good. We also want to remark how well everything was operated and how good communication was within the staff. From minute 1, everyone knew who we were, our dietary restrictions, and that we were celebrating our anniversary. From that point forward, every day was tailored to our needs and desires. What to say about the rooms and amenities: what you see in the photos, it is way better. One of the staff members told us that it is the perfect hotel to find peace. That it is a unique hotel, with unique guests. We share every word of that description. If you are looking for this in your next vacation, do not hesitate a second. This hotel certainly has the best staff in the world. Nothing compares. We were extremely lucky to have Imran as our host for our stay. Without Imran it wouldn’t have been the same , he brought everything to the table , he is an asset to this hotel. What a true gentleman. Naoise our room cleaner , amazing talented guy , no doubt everyone was on the same page , the food was amazing every time.
