Highly recommended to visit Japanese restaurant it’s fantastic and delicious regards to chef Robert 🔝🥢 and waitress Brayan . On Breakfast is very huge selection of different food corners , thanks AJ to make for us amazing Mociato ☕️. There is bar on and there is evening entertainment every day , live singer , live band . Rooms (we had a garden villa) are well-appointed and spotlessly clean. Beach is beautiful, with crystal turquoise waters and comfy sun beds. Staff are very helpful. Food (we did dine around) is excellent, especially Thila and Hamakaze, though we also really liked the Indian and Thai restaurants too. It IS very close to the airport, which is an advantage in that it is a very short boat ride to the resort. But you do get planes flying overhead (which didn't bother us at all) and the fact it's so close to Male means that the views from the restaurant side of the island are of more built-up areas so you don't get the desert island in the middle of nowhere vibe. But everything else more than makes up for and having tried another resort in the past that was in the middle of nowhere, you really couldn't compare. What Kurumba offers is superior in every way.
