There are a few activities to do on the beach like jet skis etc, but we would definitely recommend the house reef snorkelling. This is run daily at 11am where you catch a boat out to the coral reef near the island and snorkel for 35 minutes. We did this most days and everyday was a different experience, depending on what marine life is around. It’s a great way to start the day and it’s all included free of charge. Ageel and Ahmed who runs the snorkelling trips are fantastic and guide you round the reef to make sure you don’t miss anything. Plus you can borrow snorkels and flippers for your holiday trip so no need to pack them. We also went on a whale shark trip and that was such a great experience. We got to swim with an 8m whale shark, swim with a manta ray, see dolphins and experience a fun boat ride. Again Ageel and Ahmed were brilliant on the trip and very knowledgeable on all the marine life. If we had more time there, we would have scuba dived as the marine life and clear waters are breathtaking. Overall the staff are super friendly and it feels like a small family. Waiters would recognise us and get drinks ready, plus they would always ask about our day and what we have been up to. A few names who helped us along our way were; Anna, Areef, Litu, Haithu and Aman (plus many more). Our dinning package was Inclusive Style which we definitely recommend as this includes dinning at their Azzurro, Kuredi and Funa restaurants. The buffet restaurant (Kaani) is great as they have different themes each night, but as it was our honeymoon, we did enjoy having a few evenings dining with 3 course meals too. And all the food across all the restaurants was outstanding along with the cocktails. We would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to explore the marine life, wants to relax and escape to a beautiful island. The island itself isn’t huge, which means there isn’t hundreds of people walking around. At times it almost felt like we were the only ones on the island. And lastly the views are absolutely stunning. With clear warm waters, beautiful sunsets and soft white sands, it is like you are living in a postcard. Read Less
