Throughout our stay, they were exceedingly nice and welcoming. They have provided an excellent example of engaging with the guests and making a lasting impression. Uttar, we would like to thank you for the beautiful flower arrangements on the dinner table. These small gestures made us feel special. Bandos would be incomplete without all of you. I’d also like to thank Ravi, Anoof, Jafor, Chef Subash, Chef Nakib, Leorando, David and Marvel the hostess, who always greeted us with a wonderful smile. I’d want to thank the staff who took our check-in. as well as Muizzu and zifaan who assisted us the late check-out, and thank you to the manager Afrah for extending the complimentary LCO for 2 hours. My family appreciated it because they had an evening flight. Thank you Sultan for assisting us with our check-out and bidding us farewell. The gentleman who helped us with our room change was also very warm and hospitable Thank you and we hope that you have a fantastic vacation at Bangladesh. Poky was fantastic at giving us water rides. He was incredibly attentive about safety and made sure we had the finest experience possible. The housekeeping staff was also very helpful especially the gentleman who cleaned our rooms. The pick up from the airport was as described and with only a short walk, you are Read MoreWe recently stayed at the Bandos Resort in a Premium Beach Villa with the all inclusive package. One word FABULOUS. The pick up from the airport was as described and with only a short walk, you are on the boat on your way to the island. Met at the dock with people to collect our bags off the boat, a cold drink and all the necessary forms to complete. Although we arrived early (9.30am), our room was available within 15min and we were able to use the all inclusive facilities immediately. The room was absolutely incredible. It was huge and exactly like the online photos. The outdoor bathroom was a definite bonus. The 2 storey design worked well with the bedroom and a second bathroom upstairs, along with a nice balcony. Great views the ocean and lagoon. The all inclusive package lets you drink at all the bars, but only allows take out of beer, wine and some cocktails from one bar only, so if you are used to the Caribbean version of an all inclusive, this is not it. I would say a very up scale version with controlled drinking rules. Now, the included food was only at the buffet for all meals. Honestly, this was something that I felt would be an issue, but what a great surprise it turned out to be. We were there for a week and the menu for all meals changed every day. The quality of food was first class and was continually being refilled. We never were disappointed with the selection or quality of what was on offer. The beaches around the island are clean and there are plenty of beach chairs / loungers dotted around. The water is crystal clear and the snorkelling is incredible - just don’t worry about the small reef sharks that swim by on occasion. Lastly I want to mention the service. All across the resort the staff were attentive and provided a level of service that was exceptional. The one person that does stand out, though, was Uttar who was always there for us at mealtime. His attention was impeccable and he was always there to help us whenever needed. Great job. A great week away. Read Less
