Constance Hospitality has announced the appointment of Bertrand Blanchet as General Manager of Constance Moofushi Maldives, effective April 2026.
Having built a significant part of his career within Constance Hospitality, Bertrand Blanchet returns with extensive international experience and a deep understanding of its culture, values and standards. His journey across several of the Group’s iconic properties, from Constance Halaveli, Maldives, Constance Belle Mare Plage, Mauritius to Constance Tsarabanjina, Madagascar and Constance Lemuria Seychelles, reflects both his operational expertise and his longstanding connection to the brand.
Throughout his career, Bertrand has remained closely aligned with Constance Hotels & Resorts’ vision, particularly its commitment to excellence, authenticity and people. He also values the way the brand combines luxury with deep respect for local culture and sustainability, while continuing to develop talent from within.
