Cora Cora Maldives has announced a series of internal leadership promotions across several departments, recognising the contributions of key team members and reinforcing the resort’s commitment to developing talent from within.

The promotions reflect the resort’s continued focus on operational excellence, guest experience, wellness innovation, commercial growth, and sustainable resort management.

Enrico Gullotto Appointed Operations Manager

Enrico has been promoted from Food & Beverage Manager to Operations Manager. In his new role, he will focus on driving operational excellence across the resort while continuing to elevate the guest experience through innovative service concepts, new experiences, and strong interdepartmental coordination. His priority is to take resort operations to new heights across all aspects of the business.

With over 20 years of international hospitality experience, Enrico has worked in leading hospitality destinations including London, Bali, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey, and the Middle East, bringing extensive global expertise to his new leadership role at Cora Cora Maldives.

Nandul Radhakrishnan Promoted to Director of Revenue

Nandul has been promoted from Revenue Manager to Director of Revenue. In this expanded role, Nandul will focus on growing the resort’s revenue, increasing market share, and improving overall profitability. His vision is to strengthen Cora Cora Maldives’ global presence while building a solid commercial foundation for long-term success.

He brings more than a decade of experience in the Maldives hospitality industry, with a strong background in revenue management, reservations, and e-commerce across several leading resorts and international hotel brands.

I Gusti Ayu Ariani Named Director of Spa

Arini has been promoted from Spa & Wellness Manager to Director of Spa. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening the spa as a key part of the guest experience, ensuring every guest leaves feeling relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely cared for.

Her priorities include maintaining high treatment standards, enhancing the team’s skills, and elevating holistic wellness offerings through authentic treatments, mindfulness practices, and personalised wellbeing experiences inspired by the natural beauty and serenity of the Maldives. Ariani also aims to continue building a strong spa and wellness culture where both guests and team members feel inspired and valued.

Ahmed Ali Didi Promoted to Chief Engineer

Ammadey has been promoted from Assistant Chief Engineer to Chief Engineer. In his new role, he will lead the engineering department with a focus on implementing innovative ideas to improve energy efficiency, strengthen coastal protection, advance waste-to-wealth initiatives, and support sustainable engineering practices across the resort.

With solid experience in resort engineering operations, he has played an important role in maintaining infrastructure performance and operational reliability. As Chief Engineer, he will continue to uphold the highest standards of maintenance and technical excellence across the island.

Eaman Adam Appointed Front Office Manager

Eaman has been promoted from Guest Experience Manager to Front Office Manager. In his new role, he will focus on elevating the guest experience and ensuring that every stay at Cora Cora Maldives leaves a lasting impression. Together with his team, he aims to strengthen the resort’s reputation through authentic hospitality, memorable guest interactions, and positive guest reviews across global platforms.

Eaman’s journey at Cora Cora Maldives began in 2022 as a Freedom Coach, before progressing to Front Office Supervisor and later Guest Experience Manager. Today, he leads a multicultural team of front office professionals, fostering mentorship, teamwork, and growth. For Eaman, leadership is about empowering people to become more confident, capable, and prepared for the next stage of their journey.
