Ahmed Youssef – Commercial Manager – Head of Department

Strengthening the resort’s commercial leadership team is Ahmed Youssef, who has been promoted to Commercial Manager – Head of Department. Throughout his career, Youssef has demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering high standards of service and operational excellence. Having worked with globally recognized hospitality brands, he has contributed to creating memorable guest experiences while supporting team development and operational efficiency.
Arman Taghizade – Director of Sales for Russia and CIS Market

Prior to joining Hilton Maldives, Taghizade held several leadership roles across renowned hospitality brands. He most recently served as Director of Sales at Absheron Hotel Group (AHG) and previously held the same position at InterContinental Baku. Earlier in his career, he worked as Sales Manager at JW Marriott Absheron Baku and Assistant Sales Manager at Hyatt Regency Baku, where he developed strong expertise in international sales, market strategy, and client engagement.
In his current role, Taghizade focuses on strengthening partnerships, expanding market reach, and supporting the resort’s commercial success within Russia and CIS. His passion for achieving goals, connecting with diverse cultures, and creating positive experiences continues to shape his professional journey in the global hospitality industry.
Mohamed Majidh – Assistant Director of Sales
