Sirru Fen Fushi, a luxurious private lagoon resort nestled in the Shaviyani Atoll, is set to launch an extraordinary culinary event this October. The Michelin Series will bring together world-renowned chefs for an unprecedented gastronomic experience, transforming the resort’s dining landscape into a global culinary destination.

The innovative series will showcase three internationally acclaimed chefs, each bringing their unique culinary expertise to the resort’s Azure restaurant. Guests will have the rare opportunity to witness and indulge in exceptional dining experiences curated by top-tier culinary talents, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Maldives’ turquoise waters.

As part of the resort’s Sirru Icon Series, this culinary collaboration represents a carefully curated program designed to offer immersive, inspiring experiences that transcend traditional dining. The event promises to engage guests through extraordinary gastronomic journeys that celebrate creativity, craftsmanship, and cultural exchange.

The stellar lineup begins with Chef Tristan Brandt on 28 and 30 October 2025. The one Michelin-starred chef from the Tambourine Room in Miami Beach will showcase his contemporary French cuisine, blending international influences into innovative dishes. Guests can anticipate a collaborative four-hands dinner with Executive Chef Girish Sharma and a standalone four-course menu highlighting Brandt’s signature culinary style.

Following Brandt, Chef Valentino Cassanelli will grace the resort on 8 and 10 December 2025. As the head chef of the Michelin-starred Lux Lucis in Italy, Cassanelli is renowned for his modern interpretation of Tuscan cuisine. His residency will feature a collaborative dinner with Chef Girish, offering a creative exploration of traditional Tuscan flavors.

The series concludes with Chef Jean-Philippe Blondet, Chef Patron of the acclaimed Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester in London, appearing on 3 January 2026. Blondet will present his philosophy of seasonal, ingredient-driven haute cuisine through a collaborative dining experience with Chef Girish.

Executive Chef Girish Sharma emphasized that the series goes beyond traditional dining. “We’re creating more than just meals,” he explained. “These experiences are about celebrating culinary artistry, cultural connections, and creating unforgettable memories in one of the world’s most extraordinary settings.”

The open kitchen at Azure will provide guests with an intimate view of these culinary masters at work, set within a relaxed, bohemian atmosphere that epitomizes the resort’s unique approach to dining and hospitality.

With The Michelin Series, Sirru Fen Fushi is not just offering exceptional meals, but crafting immersive culinary narratives that promise to redefine luxury dining in the Maldives.
