The South Asian Travel Awards (SATA) 2025 has officially confirmed Hotelier Maldives and Maldives Insider as its media partners, marking a significant milestone for the prestigious annual event. The announcement was made during a signing ceremony at Hulhulé Island Hotel in the Maldives, highlighting the growing collaboration within the region’s tourism and hospitality sector.
Now entering its ninth edition, SATA has established itself as a critical platform for recognizing excellence in South Asian tourism. The awards ceremony is scheduled for September 19-20, 2025, at Cinnamon Grand Colombo, Sri Lanka, bringing together industry leaders, stakeholders, and innovators from across South Asia.
SATA 2025 has also unveiled an impressive lineup of corporate partners, demonstrating the event’s broad industry support. Honda Marine has been named the Platinum Partner, while The Hawks, Velana International Airport, and Allied Insurance Company of the Maldives join as Gold Partners.
